INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Cowboy Little Barrel Blended Whiskey

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

5-6 bruised mint leaves

Lemon wedge and sprig of mint to garnish
PREPARATION:
Place Cowboy Little Barrel Blended Whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint

BIG NANCY
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 oz lime juice

PREPARATION:
Fill copper mug with ice and add Cowboy Little Barrel Blended American Whiskey, ginger beer, and lime juice. Garnish with lime wedge.

SUTHERLAND MINT JULEP
INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Wattie Boone American Whiskey
-
1/2 simple syrup
-
squeeze of fresh lemon slice
-
2 strawberries sliced
-
4 fresh mint leaves
PREPARATION:
Muddle strawberries and mint leaves in shaker. Pour in simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey. Shake together with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and a sliced strawberries.
