COWBOY SMASH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Cowboy Little Barrel Blended Whiskey 

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup 

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice 

  • 5-6 bruised mint leaves

  • Lemon wedge and sprig of mint to garnish

PREPARATION:

Place Cowboy Little Barrel Blended Whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint 

BIG NANCY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Cowboy Little Barrel Blended Whiskey 

  • 6 oz ginger beer 

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 5-6 bruised mint leaves

  • Lime wedge to garnish

PREPARATION:

Fill copper mug with ice and add Cowboy Little Barrel Blended American Whiskey, ginger beer, and lime juice. Garnish with lime wedge. 

SUTHERLAND MINT JULEP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Wattie Boone American Whiskey  

  • 1/2 simple syrup 

  • squeeze of fresh lemon slice

  • 2 strawberries sliced

  • 4 fresh mint leaves 

PREPARATION:

Muddle strawberries and mint leaves in shaker. Pour in simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey. Shake together with ice. Serve over ice and garnish with mint and a sliced strawberries.
